«PACE decision, which allows Russia’s return, is shameful. If the Kremlin is in, the values are out», said Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2014-2016, the leader of People’s Front Political Party on his Facebook page.

PACE has been compromised, Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated: «The assembly loses its authority. This is the worst scenario. If it cannot be stopped, and the decision cannot be appealed, we should suspend our activities in PACE».

The leader of People’s Front Political Party also urged «all our allies to consider such reaction to this all-European shame».

«Double standards always lead to tragedies. Europe, remember your history. Surrender to the aggressor leads to a catastrophe», Arseniy Yatsenyuk wrote.

He also thanked the whole Ukrainian delegation: «The unity and commitment of our parliamentarians deserve the highest recognition».
